We believe every artwork deserves to be seen, and every artist deserves to be heard.
Noraé was born from a simple frustration: the world of art was split in two. On one side, prestigious galleries with towering white walls and velvet-rope openings. On the other, online marketplaces that treated paintings like any other product, squeezed between algorithmic recommendations and checkout timers. We saw the gap and felt it personally. As lifelong art lovers, we craved a space that carried the reverence of a gallery visit into the digital realm. One that let you stand before a painting, feel its presence, and understand the hand that made it.
So in 2023, we set out to build exactly that. Noraé is a curated digital gallery where every artwork is presented with the context it deserves: the artist’s story, their technique, their intent. We work directly with both emerging talents and established voices, giving them fair compensation and full creative control. No hidden commissions eating into an artist’s livelihood. No mass-produced reproductions drowning out originals. Just art, presented honestly, for people who care enough to look closely.

Art First
Commerce has its place, but it should never overshadow the work itself. At Noraé, every design decision, from the generous whitespace around each piece to the unhurried browsing experience, is made in service of the art. We don’t push flash sales or countdown timers. We create space for contemplation, because great art rewards a slower gaze.
Artist Empowerment
Traditional galleries can take up to sixty percent of the sale price. We believe the people who create the work should keep the lion’s share. Noraé artists set their own prices, retain full rights to their work, and receive transparent, timely payments. We provide the platform, the audience, and the curatorial expertise. The art and the earnings belong to the artist.
